IcyBreeze is the world’s first personal, portable air conditioner and cooler designed to keep you and your drinks cool anywhere life takes you. The two-in-one IcyBreeze utilizes cold water in the bottom of the tub to serve as a cooling agent. The IcyBreeze does not contain freon, nor does it produce exhaust heat, so it can be used indoors or outdoors. The IcyBreeze can dispense cold, dry air up to 35 degrees below the outside temperature; the three speed fan produces currents up to 25 mph, providing maximum cooling relief.
Where do you use it?
The IcyBreeze Platinum is not intended to be a replacement for a traditional A/C unit, but instead is a portable, low power consumption unit that provides cooling similar to a single vent from a car air conditioner anywhere you go! The better question is where wouldn't you use it? The IcyBreeze is perfect for campers, boaters, recreational sports, family sports, pilots, surveillance professionals, and tailgaters. Works as advertised. My wife was impressed with how it kept the room cooler when it was 92 outside.
This has been an actual LIFESAVER! I use this cooler with icy blocks that I purchased separately, and just add some ice as needed. It COOLS wonderfully! I use it in my food truck, and it feels nice having relief of COLD dry air when I need it with this Texas heat. I recommend this to anyone who asks about it! Thanks icybreeze!
Its a little loud but other than that very well made and works as advertised
Hello from Waxahachie, Tx… I purchased this due to the enormous positive reviews on social media… to be honest I have only tried a few quick times. Battery takes a while to charge, which was expected for the very first time. I was really amazed with the coolness that it puts out. The strength of air that comes out is ok, not as much as a small car vent (as told in a review by someone). It will cool a localized area very well. I will try it in my boat for upcoming Labor Day weekend. It will also be used that weekend as we are camping at a local lake in our camper. It will be used as a cooler and a cool down are when we will be sitting outside chatting during the day.. as you may know, it’s gets really hot here in central texas, if it can cool us down down from the 100* plus degrees atleast 10-15 degrees I will be pore than satisfied… so far so good. A must have is having the extra battery which I got from Icy breeze… thanks for sending me this in a quick amount of time! Peace out ✌?.
We use for picking up trucks with no ac. Works great
Works better than advertised. Would highly recommend this product
I love the cold air that the icybreeze blows when the ice keeps the water cold, but the ice tends to melt very fast. I've tried ice water bottles (5 ice bottles) underneath a large bag of ice and continued to melt the ice within several hours. I know it's been hot here in Texas but I've been using the icybreeze at night.
What a breath of cool fresh air, literally! I bought this as a “gift” for my husband. I’m extremely sensitive to the heat after suffering multiple strokes but my husband and I love to fish. Well in Louisiana coastal waters area, Timbalier island mostly, where we fish our average temperature, July of 2023, is 100* degrees or higher. So a way to tolerate the heat while not getting overheated so we can fish together has been on our to do list for years especially after we bought our boat. We took the platinum Icy Breeze out with high hopes, 3 of the individually purchased ice blocks, and 2 20 lb bags of ice (unit held 2 of the 3 frozen blocks and 1 20 lb bag of ice at a time). From the moment we turned it on I knew we had made a great investment and a marvelous addition to our fishing gear must haves! We ran the unit on extreme cool low, with separately purchased extension hose (perfect for aiming up the back of a shirt, to a specific person, etc) for more than 6 hours straight on one 10 hour battery, no A/C plug available on my boat, in temperatures that reached nearly 115 heat index and I barely broke a sweat all day! We have already sent family and friends who camp, hunt, and fish to buy their own because I will NOT loan out mine ?. Great to have during power outages or after a Gulf Storm. Highly highly recommend! Called customer service about my second battery and was warmly greeted and helped by a great operator, cannot ask for more there! So glad this is a Made in the USA product!!! ?? One suggestion: Need to have an option for a waterproof cover, for use while not running or being transported with possible drawstring bag cover option to use when boating to keep battery slot protected when water splashes in the boat or those pesky late afternoon storms pop up unexpectedly, I call dibs on royalties and first bag produced ?. Thank you for creating a product with materials my husband, the professional AC guy, can trust (believe me we asked customer service ALL the questions about materials) and a product that will keep me safe and cool while I get to enjoy more of the outdoors!!
I am 71 years old my wife is 68. We live in N. Texas were the Temps have been 100 in the shade. Our house a/c has died but my wife doesn't complain. I have tried every portable cooling device I could find. By the time I heard of the icy breeze I was very skeptical. After watching the video I was hopeful when they said it WAS NOT another swamp cooler. So I invested in the platinum with all the extras including the ability to run on house power. This unit met and SURPASSED all my hopes. This unit WORKS. If you are concerned about the cost, then think about your risk of heat stroke. This unit could save a life at an outdoor event. If not you then maybe a family member or a friend. That covers the cost. Now the rest of the time you can just enjoy the outdoors in 100 degree days.
