Shipping Policy
At IcyBreeze, we ship orders during normal business hours. Typically orders will ship within two business days of receiving the order. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after), Christmas (and the day after) and New Years day will be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy
Your IcyBreeze unit and/or accessories may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from date of delivery. After 30 days, all products must be unused in order to return. For returns past 30 days, refund will be issued as store credit and purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. IcyBreeze will provide a label at our low rate. IcyBreeze reserves the right to review each return request based on its sole discretion. This offer is only good in the US.
