IcyBreeze is the world’s first personal, portable air conditioner and cooler designed to keep you and your drinks cool anywhere life takes you. The two-in-one IcyBreeze utilizes cold water in the bottom of the tub to serve as a cooling agent. The IcyBreeze does not contain freon, nor does it produce exhaust heat, so it can be used indoors or outdoors. The IcyBreeze can dispense cold, dry air up to 35 degrees below the outside temperature; the three speed fan produces currents up to 25 mph, providing maximum cooling relief.

Long review on the platinum
Many of us in our sports circle have been talking about this. I pulled the plug and could not be happier. I went with the platinum model because of the max cool feature. I bought 2 icy blocks, a 6amp battery with free charger and a 10amp battery. The 1st time I used it was 97 in FL. I filled it with 3.5 quarts of cold water, 2 blocks and about 10lbs of ice. Set it on medium with the max cool and was literally blowin away by what came out. Ice cold air right where I wanted it. Fully loaded the cooler is about 55lbs. Easy to move with the handle and wheels, may be a struggle to lift for some. The batteries have lasted 2 & 4hrs respectively. Would I buy it again or recommend, absolutely. Are the batteries needed, absolutely. The blocks are ok, I thought they would lock in somehow. If you are going to be in a chair, bleachers it anywhere more that about 18" from the cooler, I would recommend the 4' extension. I am ordering one tomorrow. This is an expensive purchase that I did not take lightly. This is my highest review and I will update it if conditions with product improve or I find issues. American made, a live person when you call, a solidly built machine, I am very satisfied.

Icybreeze cooler platinum
I received the icybreeze platinum about a week ago and it has been running for several hours every day. Everything is very well made and even the instruction manual is quality. I have purchased “swamp coolers” before so very pleased to say this unit blows dry cold air and it puts out a very good volume of air as well. Somebody went to move the cooler and dumped water all over because they just didn’t realize it doesn’t have a seal so have to just be aware of that. It’s not a big deal outside but inside a real mess. And it would be nice if the carrying tab on the end was just a little more curled over so I could get a better grip to lift it with my fingertips. That’s my pros and cons. I’m happy with my purchase and will probably buy another.

This is so worth the money and then some. I put ice, and frozen water bottles, and gatorades in cooler on Friday evening and loaded into my car. I had a softball tournament all day Saturday and Sunday. The cooler was in the Sun most of the time. Sunday evening the cooler still had ice and frozen water bottles after sitting in my hot car in the afternoon. I have two batteries, and 1 lasted Saturday, I used the other for Sunday. Temperatures were in the high 90's. I plan on buying another for my husband to use to blow on him at work.

Used it for the first time, it worked flawlessly. Very Satisfied so far.

Portability
Needs to be easier to pull. The small wheels and short handle make it hard to pull for a 6 foot tall person. It would be a nightmare on the beach. Bigger tires, a longer handle and a way to secure it closed are my recommendations. I own 2.
